What’s Leaving EPIX This Month

Some of our biggest movies are leaving EPIX in the next few weeks. Catch these movies while you can!

1. Airplane! & Airplane II: The Sequel (Last day to watch: April 30th)
Airplane!, widely considered a masterpiece in satirical comedy, stars Robert Hays as an ex-fighter pilot forced to take over the controls of an airliner, when the flight crew succumbs to food poisoning. It’s sequel, Airplane II: The Sequel was not as well-received or successful at the box office, but still is a classic comedy in its own right.

2. Soul Plane (Last day to watch: April 30th)
When Nashawn Wade (Kevin Hart) sues an airlines for $100 million dollars, he takes the money and starts his own airline. With a cast that includes Snoop Dogg, Sofia Vergara, and D.L. Hughley, and outrageous humor throughout, Soul Plane is a must-watch!

3. Flight (Last day to watch: May 1st)
Denzel Washington plays Whip Whitaker, a pilot leading a double life – an alcoholic and drug addict who is recently hailed as a hero for safely crash-landing a plane. The film received two Oscar nominations, for Best Actor (Washington) and Best Original Screenplay, and also stars Don Cheadle and John Goodman.

4. Skyfall (Last day to watch: May 4th)
MI6 comes under attack and 007 must track down and defeat the threat, no matter how personal the cost. Sam Mendes directs the latest addition to the James Bond franchise, starring Daniel Craig as Bond and Javier Bardem as super-villian Raoul Silva. The film was the first in the Bond franchise to gross a billion dollars, and was also well-reviewed by critics, being nominated for 5 Oscars (winning 2).
